Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Terms & Guidelines
- Returns for refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Your order details
- Photos of the product(s)
- A brief explanation of your return request

Once approved, follow the instructions provided to ship your return.

We recommend using a trackable, insured service to ensure the safe return of your package.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your items arrive damaged or incomplete, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and may require damaged items to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Opened or used products
Processing Your Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in your original payment method and currency. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important Notes
- Cleanpuffs reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
- A restocking fee may apply, up to $3.00 per item or 20% of the product’s MSRP.
