Shipping Locations

  • Cleanpuffs currently ships to customers within Canada and the United States.
  • We do not currently ship to PO boxes or internationally beyond these regions.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Typical delivery times are as follows:
    • Within Canada: 2–7 business days
    • To the United States: 4–10 business days

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Cleanpuffs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned to us.
